• A sophisticated scheduler that helps you coordinate your personnel and resources. Designed for a solo practitioner, or for use in a large practice with multiple providers at multiple locations. Simple to use, our scheduler will remind you of appointments shortly before they arrive, even on your Pocket PC PDA, if you prefer. It will queue up patient accounts shortly before they walk through your door. It will print out your privacy policy and your new patient demographic questionaire. It will generate your reminder cards to mail out before a patient's next visit. It will allow you to capture demographic data at the time the appointment is made. It can instantaneously find that perfect spot in your schedule to meet the needs of your patient. We should charge a lot of money for something this good. But, we don't, and we won't. It's included at no extra charge as part of our service.

• A database for storing your patient demographics, notes, and charges. This information flows automatically to Physicians Service Center, where it is immediately available for us to begin billing with. Faster than any fax machine and less expensive than any courier.
